At Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine we strive to provide the quality service that everyone desires and deserves.  Many medical practices have struggled to break away from the physically and emotionally cold and sterile clinic stereotype.  Our patients have commented about our office design, décor, and staff personalities providing a warm, inviting, supportive environment where they trust that their health is in good hands.  We also have received some less positive feedback that has helped us identify areas or processes for us to focus on improvement. 

Surveys are available on the website (CLICK HERE),at the front desk, in the comments box in the lobby, and in the exam rooms.  If you do not see one, feel free to ask any staff member to provide one.  We have a black Comments Box in the lobby next to the fish tank for confidentiality or you can give it to any of our staff or email it as an attachment.
